Who I am
I’m Louise, @thethemeparkmama. I’m a wife and mom of 2 adventure-loving boys. We love visiting theme parks around the US and around the world with our little family. It can be intimidating to visit a theme park with your kids, or even to visit a theme park you’ve never been to before. I hope you’ll use my tips and tricks to help make your theme park day the best it can be.
To me, theme parks are a delight, an escape from the monotony of daily life, and a way to explore the wonder and excitement of a child.

I aim to explore each and every theme park I have been to, from food options, rides, little known quirks of the park, hotels, tips for parents of toddlers, and other helpful hints for a successful, fun theme park day. So many blogs and sites are dedicated to the Disney and Universal parks (which I may or may not dive into), but there isn’t a ton of info out there for moms and dads planning regular theme park trips in today’s world.
